Job description
We’re looking for an experienced, full-time Executive Assistant & Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in London and support our leadership team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a young, entrepreneurial team operating at the intersection of top-tier international VCs, some of the world’s most successful founders, and family business entrepreneurs - all united by one goal: building the next generation of Europe’s most exciting startups.

Job requirements
Executive Assistant (EA):
Provide support to our leadership team at the intersection of new investments, portfolio support, and investor relations.
Manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, and meetings across multiple time zones.
Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports; take ownership of follow-ups.
Manage communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain an efficient flow of information between all team members.
Own your own projects and bring entrepreneurial energy to new initiatives.
Support with occasional personal assistant (PA) duties as needed.
Office Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for the London office.
Oversee daily operations to create a welcoming, efficient, and productive work environment.
Manage relationships with vendors, building management, and service providers.
Coordinate office supplies, tech, and space planning.
Support the onboarding for new joiners and ensure smooth workflows in London.
Job requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role — ideally in VC, consulting, investment banking or other fast-paced environments
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Based in London with the ability to work on-site in Soho
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with sharp attention to detail
Excellent communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing environments
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
